CEO & Founder: Kyle Slamans

Born and raised in Northern Illinois, Slamans plunged into the motocross scene at age two idolizing after Jeremy McGrath. While eating, sleeping, and breathing motocross constantly, Slamans took hold of other hobbies such as snowboarding, wakeboarding, skateboarding, and BMX. Pulling all of those genres together Slamans inputs his intrinsic style to his work. Slamans’ family went through a catastrophic finance issues after his father was kicked out of the company that he started in their garage. Due to that instance, the opportunity to race was never the same.   Growing up, Slamans saw many local clothing companies start and never make it far due to faulty business plans or frankly not having a plan and he threw around the idea of starting a clothing company with a buddy and when the name of VOID was brought up, Fill The VOID, quickly became the slogan. Why Fill the VOID people ask? He knows that everyone has some type of VOID in their life that needs to be replenished – thus VOID Clothing provides an outlet for people to do that by expressing themselves through the way they interact within society. After being in business with his buddy for a couple years the partnership began to unfold and Slamans took a hold of the company 100 percent.

After receiving a degree in communications and business administration, Slamans took his classroom knowledge, connections within the action sports industry and put together a business plan built for success. Because of that, VOID Clothing was brought to the forefront of society, having all of the connections with the right people, he looks to spread the slogan of Fill the VOID to the world.
